Strictly necessary: These run regardless of your choice because the site cannot work without them: the cookie that remembers your privacy choice (cb_consent, kept for 12 months), and the service that renders our appointment request form (Poptin, Poptin Ltd.). Poptin processes the information you type into the form in order to deliver it to our office, and may set a cookie so the form works correctly. Our payment-plans page uses Cherry (Cherry Technologies, Inc.) to show financing options. Cherry's financing calculator on that page loads only when you click to load it; once loaded, Cherry loads its own fonts from Google Fonts and uses its own analytics provider (Segment), under Cherry's privacy policy.

Analytics (only if you accept): We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand which pages are visited and how visitors reach us. Google receives your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you view on this site, and sets cookies beginning with _ga. We do not send Google the contents of any form you submit. Advertising (only if you accept, and not on every page): When we advertise on Facebook and Instagram, we may use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure that advertising. It runs only on general pages of this site. It does not run on pages about specific conditions or treatments, on the contact page, or on any page containing a form, and it never receives information you type into a form. Browser signals: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and do not show the choice card.

What "decline" does: Analytics and advertising tools are not loaded, no cookies from those providers are set, and any that exist from an earlier visit are removed. The site works exactly the same either way.

Maps: Maps on this site are embedded from Google Maps and load with the page so you can find our office; Google may set cookies through the map, under Google's privacy policy.
