Three rules, so you can stop wondering.

Your clearance comes first. Nothing begins until your surgeon says you may have manual therapy and loading. Bring that in writing if you have it, or bring the date you were given.

We do not treat the surgical site. The repaired joint or the fused segment stays with the person who operated on it. The work here happens around it, inside the limits you arrived with.

We do not replace prescribed therapy. If a protocol was ordered, keep going. This runs beside it, and is most useful after a course has finished.

If anything you are told here conflicts with what your surgeon told you, your surgeon wins and we will say so out loud.
