The office is at 929 US-441 #404, Lady Lake, FL 32159, on North US-441 just above the CR 466 junction, and the suite number is 404.
Parking is ground level directly outside, no garage and no stairs, which matters when you are bringing a reluctant eight year old in from the car.
Can we come by golf cart, or is this a drive?
Golf cart access exists and the front desk will talk you through the current route.

Consultations run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Tuesday and Friday are by appointment, and the office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Can you see us after school, and which days does this office run?
The afternoon block here is 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, which is the one families use. It runs Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Tuesday and Friday by appointment, so a Tuesday request often becomes Wednesday. Our other office keeps its own week, published on the Lakeland office and the days it keeps. Call (352) 915-7150 and ask for the last slot if a full school day has already been enough.
We would be driving in from Leesburg or Wildwood. Is the trip worth it?
Only if there is something here worth doing, and the first consultation is where that gets decided. If your child sleeps well, eats a reasonable range of food and has no digestive symptoms, there is very little for us to work on and you will be told that. What makes the drive worth making is having at least two of those three already going wrong.
I am raising my grandchild. Will you work with the clinician who prescribes for him?
Yes, and that is the only way this works. We do not contradict a prescriber, we do not suggest changing a dose, and we do not offer a second opinion on the diagnosis. You get a written summary of what we found and what we recommended, which is yours to hand to the pediatrician or psychiatrist. Bring the medication list to the first visit.
Does any of this replace medication?
No. Nothing offered at this address treats ADHD, and nothing here substitutes for prescribed treatment. If somebody tells you an adjustment or a supplement protocol reduces the need for medication, walk away. Every question about a prescription belongs with the person who wrote it.
Do you diagnose ADHD at the Lady Lake office?
No. ADHD is diagnosed by pediatricians, psychiatrists and psychologists through a structured evaluation that looks at more than one setting. There is no chiropractic examination and no laboratory panel that identifies it. If nobody has assessed your child or you yet, that is the first step, and it is not taken here.
Will insurance cover this?
Partly, and the split matters. Functional testing and nutritional work at this office are self-pay. Chiropractic care bills insurance, and our team verifies your benefits before the first visit, including what a Medicare or Medicare Advantage plan says if the patient is an adult.
